R&D Business Manager Privacy Policy

R&D Business Manager (“the App”) is an internal business operations application provided by R&D 3D Printing LLC. The App is intended only for authorized personnel and requires an approved account and access to the private R&D Business Manager server.

Information Processed by the App

The App may process the following information as part of normal business operations:

• Account information, including username, display name, role, and authentication credentials.
• Customer contact information, including names, company names, telephone numbers, email addresses, billing addresses, shipping addresses, and contact preferences.
• Business and production records, including jobs, notes, quotes, payment records, production details, due dates, and statuses.
• Product and inventory information, including product names, images, descriptions, pricing, barcodes, quantities, and Shopify inventory information.
• Vendor-show information, including event dates, locations, contacts, expenses, sales, and notes.
• Files and other content uploaded by authorized users for business and production purposes.

How Information Is Used

Information processed through the App is used only to:

• Authenticate authorized users.
• Operate and secure R&D 3D Printing’s business-management systems.
• Manage customers, products, jobs, production, inventory, quotes, payments, vendor shows, and business records.
• Synchronize authorized product and inventory operations with Shopify.
• Diagnose technical problems, maintain data integrity, and protect the App and its server from unauthorized access.

Data Storage and Security

The App communicates with the private R&D Business Manager server using encrypted HTTPS connections. Authentication tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain. The App does not intentionally store account passwords in plaintext.

Business data is retained on systems controlled by R&D 3D Printing LLC for as long as it is needed for business, accounting, security, or legal purposes. Authorized administrators may update or delete records when appropriate.

Sharing of Information

R&D 3D Printing LLC does not sell personal information collected or processed through the App.

Information may be shared only:

• With service providers required to operate the business, hosting infrastructure, or Shopify-connected catalog and inventory functions.
• When required by law or a valid legal request.
• When necessary to protect the security, rights, or property of R&D 3D Printing LLC, its customers, or other persons.

Tracking and Advertising

The App does not use third-party advertising networks and does not track users across apps or websites for advertising purposes.

Children

The App is a restricted business tool and is not intended for children. Accounts are issued only to authorized R&D 3D Printing personnel.

Access, Correction, and Deletion

Authorized users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of applicable account or business information by contacting R&D 3D Printing LLC. Certain records may be retained when required for business, accounting, security, or legal obligations.

Changes to This Policy

R&D 3D Printing LLC may update this policy when the App, its business practices, or applicable requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page will identify the latest revision.
